- we have added a new Audit Report
- it mainly now shows who accessed the patient file and when
- which was the main question we all faced during 2018 audits

PS: if you don't see "Patient access" filter as below, please reset the cache of your browser, or check on Google Incognito
- you can also filter one chart number and date range to see who access this patient file

- above report shows who accessed the patient file, then below is how you can tell on each screen what happened inside a patient file for any changes
- When asked about the audit log in the software please answer as below:
- Open any appointment and click on the appointment log to show there is a log for every appointment
- Open any reception note to show the date stamp and user created/modified
- Open any Insurance note to show the date stamp and user created/modified
- Open any clinical note to show the date created and user
